ANNOUNCEMENT : Jr. PROGRAM OFFICER (Jr. PO ICMM) – Jakarta

communication for social development and health quality improvement. To achieve
this vision, the mission of CCPF is to do it through partnering with public,
private and civic organizations, to engage community and individuals in the
promotion of healthy behaviors, exchange information, implementation, analysis
of research and evaluation, improving quality and access to services and
creating an enabling policy environment. Our expertise focuses on health
communication for social and behavior change that is based in theory and
research that covers a wide spectrum of health and environmental issues
including water, sanitation and hygiene, HIV & AIDS, Safe Motherhood, Child
Survival, Family Planning, Reproductive Health, Infectious Diseases and more
recently, environmental conservation.
The
Cipta Cara Padu Foundation (CCPF) assigned by the JHU.CCP as an implementing
partner for the Improved Contraceptive Method Mix (ICMM) Program. The ICMM project is designed to be
build upon the foundation work and methodology of Advance Family Planning
(AFP) that is already being initiated since 2009.
Reporting
to the ICMM Acting Coordinator (AC) the Jr. Program Officer (Jr. PO) shall
assist in supporting the implementation
and daily activities of the ICMM Program at the three districts of NTB
province (Mataram) and three districts of East Java Province (Surabaya).
POSITION
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the ICMM Team; The ICMM Acting Coordinator, The Executive Director, Province Program Officers, FKM UI, JHU.CCP ICMM team, BKKBN, MOH, CWG and DWG and other stakeholders as required.
- Assist the ICMM AC in reviewing and following up of ICMM work plan at the six districts.
- Assist the ICMM AC in the development of program reports weekly, quarterly, post-meeting reports and other reports, its distributions and its recording /posting at the ICMM share folder.
- Assist the ICMM AC in the preparation and conducting of monthly coordination meetings, trainings, and workshops.
- Assist the AC and the CCPI Executive Director in the daily ICMM activities.
- Provide assistance in the preparation and documentations of all course materials and documents developed by province program officers.
- Perform other duties as determined by the Executive Director and ICMM AC in relation to the ICMM program.
QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in Public Health, Communication or other Social Science major.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Social Development Program/s preferably have some knowledge in the Family Planning and Public Health.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (mother tongue) and sufficient English.
- Ability to operate computers ( minimum of words, exel and power point programs)
- Posses an administration skills and also ability to work at the field.
- Past experience in working closely with Government Institutions, other NGOs and the Public.
- Have a strong interpersonal management and have good time management.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
- Will require travel and assignment to the field from time to time.
