The
American Indonesian Exchange Foundation (AMINEF) has a full time contract
opening for the following position: Junior Secretary
/ Receptionist.
Job Description:
The person
filling the position will perform the duties of general office secretary
including receptionist, typist, computer operator, office machine operator,
file clerk and other specific duties. This
is an entry level position.
Qualifications:
- Applicants should have completed a secretarial course or training in secretarial science or office management.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in related field
- Exceptional command of English oral and written
- Computer literacy
- Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills
- Knowledge of general office procedures and office protocol
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Able to multitask, be part of a team, and take directions well
