Junior Secretary / Receptionist
The American Indonesian Exchange Foundation (AMINEF) has a full-time contract opening for the following position: Junior Secretary/Receptionist
Job Description:
The incumbent will perform the duties of general office secretary including receptionist, typist, computer operator, office machine operator, file clerk, and other specific duties. This is an entry-level position.
Qualifications:
- Applicants should have completed a secretarial course or training in secretarial science or office management.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in related field
- Exceptional command of English oral and written
- Computer literacy
- Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills
- Knowledge of general office procedures and office protocol
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Able to multitask, be part of a team, and take directions well
- A covering letter outlining reasons for applying and suitability of the candidate
- Statement of dates of availability
- Scanned version of valid national ID
