Global Peace Festival Indonesia Foundation (GPFIF) is looking for a Community Development Officer with the following responsibilities.
- Develop strategy for community development
- Execute community development program
- Conduct program monitoring
A good candidate must have:
- minimum bachelor’ degree from related major;
- experience of working in a community development field;
- good understanding in non-profit management;
- strong written and verbal English & Bahasa Indonesia communication skills;
- excellent communication, administration and interpersonal skill;
- honest, disciplined, self-starter, and have positive attitude;
- hard worker, can work independently and willing to travel when required;
- able to start immediately.
