Coffey
International Development is the Implementing Service Provider (ISP)
for the AusAID funded Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Health Systems
Strengthening (AIPHSS) program. The AIPHSS
program is a partnership between the Indonesian Ministry of Health and
AusAID and supports the Government of Indonesia’s plan to strengthen
health systems and achieve health Millennium Development Goals. The
program’s outcome (purpose) is the improved use
of quality primary health care to improve the health status of poor
people in Indonesia.
We
are currently seeking applications for a Project Human Resource (HR)
and Recruitment Manager for this program. The key accountability of the
HR and Recruitment Manager includes: Implementing
the HR function for the AIPHSS program including partnership with PMU
to define Technical Assistance (TA) needs, scoping of Term of Reference
for TA, lead on recruitment management and strategy, performance
management, training and development and lead on
new HR initiatives to foster a culture of achievement and support
retaining quality Advisers and Staff.
