Evaluation Consultant
Organizational Context :
“Strengthening Indonesia’s Integrity Capital for Public Sector, Higher
Education, Civil Society, and Business” is a project under Leveraging and Educating Accountable Democracy (LEAD) Programme that is funded by the Embassy of Netherlands in Indonesia. The project
was implemented by Kemitraan in collaboration with Tiri from 1 December
2009 to 31 May 2013 with the total fund USD 2,300,000.
The project itself stands for one of the pillars in Component 2:
Promoting and facilitating the institutionalisation of integrity systems
and the fulfilment of rights to basic services.
The Project Goal is to strengthen the integrity of Indonesian governance.
Summary of key functions :
The main purpose of this evaluation is to assess the relevance,
performance, and success of the project implementation. It also shall
examine the achievements, good practices, and lessons learned from the
project.
Knowledge and information obtained from the evaluation will be applied
as the basis for better design and management of results for future
possible implementation. The evaluation will support the public
accountability of The Netherlands Embassy and Government of Indonesia,
in particular Kemitraan in the project implementation.
Recruitment Qualifications :
* Understanding the culture and socio-context of education system as well as development challenges in Indonesia
* Specific skills: ability to write, review, edit reports, and present the evaluation result
* Experience: Minimum 10 years in design, monitoring, management, and evaluation of development projects
* Education: Master degree in related fields
