Head Office, Jakarta.
With requirements :
- Master Degree Preferablee. Psychology, Management or Law Major
- Holds At least 5 Years of Relevant Work Experience
- Highly Effective Leadership, Management Skills and Demonstated Capacity To Work In a Team Environment
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, Liaison and Representation Skills
- Human Resources Management Skills and Capabilities : Organization Management, Recruitment, Placement & Termination Staff, Learning and Development, Career Management, Compensation & Benefit Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Define Budget Target Preparation
Responsibilities such as :
- Conduct, Direct, Monitor & Evaluate The Activities Of The Human Resources Management System For Generating & Developing an Integrated Organization and Employees In Accordance With The Needs Of The Organization To Achieve The Organization’s Strategic Goals
- To Ensure That All Human Resources Management Activities Are Legally Compliant, And Reflect WWF Values, Principles and Standard. This Includes To Develop and Maintain HR Strategies, Plans, Guidelines, Structures and Procedures To Ensure Effective and Efficient Use Of Available Resources In People Management.
