1. Education Management Specialist (National) for 4.0 month (will be extended based on project needed)
Requirement:

Requirement:
- Masters Degree in Education, or other relevant area
- Significant experience 10 years of National Policy and systems for education governance and financing, within the context of decentralisation.
- Knowledge and experience of the Indonesian Education system is desirable
- Fluency with excellent skills in writing and presenting complex report in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Availability in August 2013
2. Education Legal Expert (National) for 1.5 month (will be extended based on project needed)
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Law (Master Degree most preferable)
- Significant knowledge and 5 years experience of the Indonesia legislative and regulatory framework as it applies to the education sector.
- Can make reports
- Fluency with excellent skills in writing and presenting complex report in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Availability in August 2013 until December 2013 (will be extended depend on project requirement)
