- Strong interpersonal relationship skills conducive to utilizing

relationships with a wide variety of people.
- Ability to work with only occasional supervision.
- Good leadership, general management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to reflect Compassion's Leadership Principles.
- Customer service orientation.
- Good written communication skills and strong verbal communication skills.
- Committed to working with the broad spectrum of Evangelical denominations and churches.
- Deals with a standard level of internal procedures that operate within the program implementation organization.
2. Child Protection Specialist (CPS)
Specific Requirement
- Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference towards field-related Social Sciences such as Social Work, Psychology, Family Life and Child Development, or Christian Ministry.

- Two years experience and/or education in bookkeeping/accounting.

- Able to work collaboratively, cross-culturally, inter-denominationally and cross- organizationally.
5. LDP Specialist (LDPS)
Specific Requirements
- University degree in Education, Leadership Development or Youth Ministry.

- Experience in young adult ministry (college-age).
- Ability to develop positive and trusting cross-cultural relationships.

- Ability to organize and track large amounts of data.
- Ability to contextualize scholarly material for educational and training purposes.
- Ability to use information technology; knowledge of research
applications; experience in the use of the Internet and presentation
software.
- Intermediate knowledge of English.
