The role of the Drupal Programmer is to work on the development, modification and documentation of Intranet Portal application being developed. The Drupal Programmer will conduct software coding by direction from Senior System Analyst. This role might also include interview with user to assess specification needed, develop and modify the application based on the assessment, compose documentation and provide assistance on training and installation of the software.

Description
The role of the Drupal Programmer is to work on the development, modification and documentation of Intranet Portal application being developed. The Drupal Programmer will conduct software coding by direction from Senior System Analyst. This role might also include interview with user to assess specification needed, develop and modify the application based on the assessment, compose documentation and provide assistance on training and installation of the software.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop web-based Intranet Portal application based on requirements provided by Customer in coordination with Senior System Analyst;
- Cooperate with Customer’s IT team in the design and development of Customer’s Intranet Portal application;
- Create system documentation for the application;
- Periodically report project's progress and activities to the IT Program Officer;
- Provide training and consultation to the Customer’s staff regarding the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the application;
- Willing to travel as assigned related with the development the application during the valid contract period or out of the contract period upon agreement by both parties;
- Willing to engage in activities that may be requested / directed related with the development of Customer’s Intranet Portal application during the valid contract period or out of the contract period upon agreement by both parties.
Position Requirements :
- Must be a graduate of computer programming or any IT- related course
- More than 3 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution;
- Expertise in all aspects of creating a DRUPAL application, including installation, administration, module configuration, forms creation, theming, and extending through custom development (forms, modules, and core, with special attention to Views, Panels, Organic Groups, and Notifications);
- Extensive knowledge with web programming languages, especially PHP, Javascript and Ajax;
- Database and operating systems experience with Windows, Linux, MySQL and Microsoft SQL;
- Demonstrated experience in personnel management;
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential;
- Strong written and oral communication skills both English and Bahasa Indonesia;
- Able to work in team and or with minimum supervision.
