Giving
craft training (the craft alternatives are: handmade lamp shade/photo
frame, recycled material arts, paper handicraft, flower arrangement
(ikebana), un plastic handicraft, to youth and adults refugees in
Cisarua, Indonesia.
Specific Job Duties:

- Design training plan.
- Train youth and adults on craft.
- Conduct craft training in an interesting and interactive way.
- Listing and prepare for material needed.
Administrative
- Record and file participant attendance
- Properly document the lesson plans, and training materials
- Scheduling the classes
Assisting and Reporting
- Submit the training report to the Project Coordinator
- Communicate with the Project Coordinator about refugee needs
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Agreement with, and adherence to, World Relief’s mission statement, policies, and procedures
- Teaching experience
- Craft skills
- Ability and desire to work with people from various cultural, religious, and social backgrounds
- Independent and flexible
