TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES
In collaboration with the Support Services team at both national and Kupang site level, the Site Logistic Assistant will ensure administrative and logistics tasks and duties for a food for work 3 months project in Malaka District. The Site Logistics Assistant will ensure that the country’s administrative framework is respected and that the logistic framework defined by head office and the rules specific to the programme are applied, with the constant aim of defending the association’s interests and ensuring the correct utilization of resources. Some of the tasks in particular are:
Ensures that all needed documents for Purchase Filing are available and valid according to the procedure Ensures the Implementation of Commitment of Expenditures and Supply and Services Management Guidelines Manage the planning of transport, expedition and distributions Plans, execute, and follow up delivery according to the needs and requestSupport team members in other departments in the programme on his/her field of competence
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor DegreeMinimum 2 years of experience in Logistic, preferably in “Food for Work” projectsComputer literateFluency in EnglishExperience in Disability issue will be an assetKnows the area of interventionWilling and legitimate to ride a motorbike
Contract will be for a period of 3 months.
