CIRCLE Indonesia is a fast-growing cooperative (base in Yogyakarta) providing consultancy services for civil society resources development.
We are currently seeking a *Program Development Officer (PDO)*. The incumbent in this position will be responsible in developing programs in various development sectors, with an emphasis on project proposal writing, developing new training topics and methods, and managing consultancy works.
The position is designed for 1 year contract, with possible extension

*Required qualifications:*
- At least 5 years experience in development and civil society strengthening works. Experience in disaster management/risk reduction, sustainable livelihood, advocacy works will be a strong added value
- Strong understanding of programme planning, monitoring & evaluation
- Familiar with various development issues
- Good understanding of research methodologies
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Competence in MS Access and SPSS is an advantage
