To ensure that Plan Indonesia’s security strategy is being followed and that at least Minimum Operational Security Standards are maintained by all staff and in all locations.

Requirements:
- University Education in relevant area or UN, military/police equivalent
- 3 years experience as security manager preferably with an international NGO, international corporation or UN agency. Sound understanding of the political and security situation in Indonesia
- More than 1 years experience in delivering training
- Developed knowledge of information technology.
- Excellent English and computer skills
- Understanding of child and human rights
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Culturally and gender sensitive, adaptable and looking for challenging employmentAble to work to diverse management requirements, both national and international
- Willing to travel widely nationally and occasionally regionally/internationally
