Cashier & Office Assistant

Yayasan Tambuhak Sinta, YTS is a community development NGO that is focused on improving economic and social conditions and governance in villages in Kalimantan through participatory planning and community empowerment.

YTS is looking for an experienced Cashier & Office Assistant to assist the admin and financial officer and responsible for the smooth execution of the day to day financial operations, including disbursement of cash, accurate and timely recording of transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with accounting routines – payables, advances, expenses payment, prepare payment vouchers, maintaining cash, and bankbook.
  • Assist with other financial affairs – banking, purchasing
  • Assist with administrative work – typing, filing, photocopies, telephone, fax
  • Assist with logistical arrangements for events, Office
  • Other duties as required
Experience and Requirements:
  • Good language skills – Bahasa Indonesia, English and Dayak
  • University degree in relevant subject
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Work experience in multi-cultural settings
  • Good team working skills
  • Excellent computer skills – word processing, spreadsheet, internet
