A regional development institution that aims to alleviate poverty and
improve people's life in this region is currently seeking for
facilitators for its consultation meetings with Indonesian civil
societies. Engagements are on project-based contractual freelance:
Successful applicants will be listed on the institution's Roster of
Facilitators, and offered the jobs as and when available. Specific terms
of reference will be discussed and agreed during each engagement.

- Proven professional skills of discussion facilitation, moderation and communications with local communities, NGOs, and civil societies are compulsory.
- Professional and/or educational background on at least one of the following subject areas: safeguards, forestry, energy, social development, or public policy.
- Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia (the facilitation will be conducted in Bahasa Indonesia, while coordination and reporting will be in English).
- Those with working experience in NGOs and civil society organizations are encouraged to apply.
