Corporation (MCC), USA agreed on a five-year Compact Program. The
Millennium Challenge Account – Indonesia (MCA-I) is an entity
established to implement the Compact. Our goal is to reduce poverty
through economic growth by supporting green prosperity, community-based
health and nutrition and procurement modernization.
MCA – Indonesia is looking for a qualified and dynamic Office Manager (OM).
The Position:
The Requirements:
The Office Manager will have a degree in management, engineering or hospitality with at least seven years experience in a similar position. The candidate is experienced in office management and conversant on contracting services, fluent in both spoken and written English and Indonesian, and will have excellent IT skills.
The Manager will have high integrity and the ability to exercise good judgment. The candidate has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated the ability to effectively interact and collaborate with people/peers in multidisciplinary teams. S/he will have excellent negotiation and management skills, and capable of managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced working environment.

The Office Manager will report to the Deputy Executive Director, Operations Support and will oversee and ensure the smooth the day-to-day operations of the office. The Manager will design, recommend and implement the office policies, procedures and systems. S/he will develop work plans of the office/general services unit, implement the work plans and responsible for the office/operations budget. The Manager will liaise, negotiate and mediate with relevant external parties related to the operations of the office, such as government officials, sub contracting companies, insurance companies, events organizers, hotels, travel agencies etc. The Office Manager will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
