Currently we are seeking a Forest Solution Coordinator*. *Reporting to Forest Campaign Manager.
The Forest Solution Coordinator is responsible to:
- Provide overall coordination of Indonesian solutions projects and activities with the Indonesian Forest Project.
- Work with the Indonesian Forests Political Team to organize the Palm Oil Solutions Seminar, including the collaboration and partnership with external organizations and experts, and to post seminar outputs and follow up.
- Coordinate the Kampar Landscape Macro-Economic study from ToR finalization through to report completion, in collaboration with the Global Solutions Project and external partners and experts.
- Coordinate the final phase of the PO Green Jobs report including contracting final inputs from Sawit Watch/experts, and report finalization.
- Communicate internally within the Indonesia Forest Team, GPSEA, Greenpeace CLUA contact points, and with the Global Solutions Team Leader on the progress of the solutions components and to address issues on coordination or timely delivery of the solutions outputs.

Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree and 5 years of similar experience with a public interest organization.
- Experience working closely with various community.
- Highly developed capacity to assume responsibility to coordinate multiple concurrent variable tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Encourage and develop a supportive, productive team dynamic.
- Well understanding of campaign strategies and effective methodologies/techniques to meet campaign/project objectives through information acquisition.
- Understanding and exposure to the roles of science, politics, economics, industry, media and social change in campaigning.
- Broad experience of cross-cultural working environment.
- Demonstrable commitment to environmental/peace issues
- Fluency in written and spoken English required, while fluency in main Indonesian
