OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME:
- Ensuring the smooth running of GSM in work plan implementation including program changes and budgetary ceilings, and monitoring reports are updated on time. Documenting relevant publications /reports and collecting health data needed for program assessment. Updating health-related millennium development goals indicators in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and health-related sectors.
- Organizational ContextThe incumbent will work under the overall supervision of WR Indonesia, and mainly with Health
- Planner, AO and other program managers in WCO Indonesia, to carry out the assigned tasks.
- Under the direct supervision of Planning Officer and/or AO and overall supervision of WHO,
- Representative, the incumbent: Provides orientation/training in GSM on work plans including producing program monitoring reports. Assists implementation of tracking system already in place, and in program changes and budgetary ceiling issues. Provides technical support in the assessment of health system performance of the specific program.

- Functional Knowledge and Skills:
- Building and promoting partnerships across the units and programs. Proficiency in monitoring evaluation methodology. Proficiency in the use of computer software
- especially spreadsheet and presentation techniques. Knowledgeable about GSM and other WHO automated implementing tools
- Basic degree in Medicine, Public Health, Health Statistics or Health Planning.
