Center for Detention Studies (CDS) is a non-profit organization that
based in Jakarta, Indonesia. CDS is an association which was founded on
similar ideas about the need to monitor places of detention as well as
to advocate for policy changes related arrests. CDS is working
competence in the research area, which was intended to conduct and
analysis of developments and problems places of detention in Indonesia
as well as recommendations handling crimes that arise in society
The incumbent is responsible to provide daily operation of cashiering activity, monitoring cash transaction and maintaining the communication with the bank to ensure all payment activity run smoothly in office in line with CDS policy and procedure.
The incumbent is responsible to provide daily operation of cashiering activity, monitoring cash transaction and maintaining the communication with the bank to ensure all payment activity run smoothly in office in line with CDS policy and procedure.
Core Duties and responsibilities are as follow:
- To ensure that cashiering activity (including daily cash register, cash count weekly and monthly basis) and payment activity run effectively
- To ensure that correct level of cash in the field office is available to cover the needs
- To prepare all vouchers and attached with supporting documents
- To input the data from payment and receipt vouchers to the accounting computer system on a daily basis
- To maintain advance and outstanding invoices
- To ensure cash and bank reconciliation
- To maintain the filing system for vouchers and supporting documents and all documents related to finance section
- To maintain relations with bank to ensure all bank transaction managed properly
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in accounting of finance field
- Fresh graduate or 1 or 2 year experience
- Prefered domicile in Jakarta areas
- Single
- Ability to work in a multicultural team and with minimum supervision as well
- Facilitating attitude
- Self Starter, pro-active, flexible & Ability to take initiative
- Concern for detail
- Organisation commitment
- Willingness to travel
