- ADMINISTRATION STAFF-IT SUPPORT (CODE: ADMIN-IT)
- 1 position based in Jakarta
- Maximum age of 30 years old;
- Bachelor’s degree from Computer Science major (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply);
- Can work with a team, adaptable and output-oriented;
- Effective oral and written English skills (TOEFL Min.450);
- Strong individual contributor, capable of learning and mastering new technologies quickly;
- have good skills and knowledge in programming algorithms including HTML, PHP, AJAX, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, JQuery, Leaflet, PHpExcel Library, FusionChart, Actively monitor ticketing system and solve technical IT issues
- Handling day to day task (PC, Cabling, Internet Connection, Connectivity, etc)
- Escalate to distributor or principle if the problem cannot be solved
- Understand basic IT Support Knowledge (troubleshoot, installation, LAN, etc)
- Good administrative and organizational skills and the ability to keep documentation tidy and accessible;
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
- Actively monitor the ticketing system and solve technical IT issues
- Ability to plan and organize multiple simultaneous tasks efficiently;
- Good communication and analytical thinking;
- Ease in communicating with colleagues and third parties via email;
- Ability to work independently and ask for clarification where needed;
- Own driving license (SIM A and/or SIM C)
