The EcoNusa Foundation was established on July 21, 2017, in Jakarta. EcoNusa encourages the development of the capacity of civil society organizations to conduct advocacy, campaigns, communication, stakeholder engagement, and dialogue among stakeholders to meet the sustainable management of natural resources and promote transparency, conservation, and equality values. Administration and Communication Assistant
Duty Station: Jakarta
PURPOSE OF JOB
Administration and Communication Assistant are under the supervision of the Communication Manager. Served to provide operational support to the Communication Department in Jakarta office, relating to archive documentation, secretarial reporting, filing of activity money, financial reports of activities, and other administrative support.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration and Finance:
- Assist in the process of reviewing the memorandum of responsibility
- Ensuring the completeness of the hardcopy of the report before being submitted for approval
- Scan financial statement documents for financial documentation and reporting to donors
- Preparing documents for audits and reporting to donors
- Assist field staff in preparing financial reports according to the SOP project standards
- Filing all financial documents in a neat and orderly manner in accordance with the project filing system
- Help prepare the logistics needed for communication activities.
- Helps organize activities/meetings/training and workshops
- Work with the communication team to ensure activities take place in accordance with project procedures and requirements.
- Minimum S1 or equivalent
- Have work experience in finance/administration for at least 1 year in NGOs.
- Able to speak English at least passively
- Good communication skills
- Can work together with the team
- Honest, Diligent and Tenacious
- Able to work with tight deadlines
- Internal – Works under communication team and program team
- External – Coordinates with Government, Journalist, Vendors, and other stakeholders.
