Major Roles:
Responsible to support the overall Wahana Visi Indonesia ministry through Community Engagement and Sponsorship Plan that is aligned with Wahana Visi Indonesia Strategic Objectives as well as existing policies and standards especially in account management and operation throughout AP’s cycle & DPA particularly in assessment, design and evaluation phase. This is pursued by ensuring NO/ region/ cluster/ AP has the capacity for assessment with the inclusion of all critical sponsorship aspects, designs that promote sponsorship integration and evaluation through AP’s cycle and DPA; and enhancing the quality of process aligned with Sponsorship Transformation Program that brings about benefits to children and improves community participation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social, Management, or other related subjects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and/or program implementation.
- Equip with good knowledge and have experience in child protection and child participation.
- Have robust skills in facilitating training.
- Have a solid understanding of sponsorship standards and policy.
- Equip with a strong communication skill to speak, write, and read in English. (The minimum TOEFL score is 500).
- Have the ability to effectively communicate with different levels in the organization (verbally and in writing).
