Adolescent Development Program Coordinator Sponsorship
Role Purpose
AD Coordinator Sponsorship will be responsible for the overall management and implementation of Adolescent Development activities in selected sponsorship target schools. S/he will be responsible for programmatic implementation and monitoring of all project activities, ensuring that all activities are synchronized with AD core program guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education and experience background
- Bachelor University Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least five years of work experience with non-government organizations in the areas of education or related field
- At least five years of experience in managing programs with international NGOs.
- Understanding of education and child protection
- Proven expertise in staff management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Excellent project/program management skills
- Proven skills in project/program development and report writing
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking
- Proven expertise in capacity building of teams
- Proven advocacy skills
- Good team facilitator and member
- Willingness to stay in a remote location and travel at times in difficult conditions
- A commitment to the high quality of work and efficiency
- Low resistance to change
- Concern for detail
