DT Global is seeking long-and-sort term experts for the anticipated USAID/Indonesia L-GEE supports the Government of Indonesia (GOI) to increase the quality of policy implementation and service delivery at the subnational level. Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in public administration, political science, political economy, law, economics, or another closely related field.
• At least eight (8) years’ experience in public administration, service delivery, local governance, and key field listed above.
• Fluency in English required.
• Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) language skills are preferred.
• Local experience in Indonesia is preferred.
• Previous experience working in Indonesia or the region desirable.
• Proven experience working on donor-funded activities (USAID preferred).
• Proven experience developing and finalizing high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
