Program Officer
Major Roles:
The purpose of the position is as a key liaison between WVIDN, donors and project/program implementers to build effective relationships and fulfilled donor requirements and secured national organization’s income.
Location: South Tangerang
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in International Development, Social Works or other relevant subjects.
- 3 years of work experience in humanitarian works, include min. 2-year experiences in TD, Advocacy or HEA programs.
- Demonstrate strong experience in project management and proposal writing, competent in logframe design and project design.
- Excellent communications skill and Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent in English, both in written and verbal (min. TOEFL score 550).
Major Roles:
To make sure Wahana Visi Indonesia Board to fulfill its governance function in meeting Partnership Governance standards & to prepare tools for National Director in order to develop organization change management.
Location: Jakarta
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or postgraduate in Human Development Law, Management, Organizational Development or Governance
- 5-7 years experience with senior management team
- Understanding of the functional of International NGOs such as World Vision in terms of governance, management and operations.
