Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following positions

Finance and Accounting Officer

Major Roles:

This position is contributed to the implementation of effective and accountable financial and control systems. S/he will manage accounting systems (Subsystem) include SA database to do daily journal transaction and General Ledger (GL) transaction across Global Centre (GC), and Procure to Pay system (ProVision – using Coupa system) as finance reviewer and point person of the system, in order to provide quality accounting services according to WVI’s Finance Manual.

Location: National Office - South Tangerang

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in accounting
• Good understanding about PSAK/IFRS
• At least 1- 3 years experience in accounting/finance.
• Having good computer proficiency (subsystems, ms office, PowerPoint, concur, couple) is a plus
• Basic accounting & finance skills, excellent in ms. Excel, good English skills (both written & oral)

Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Coordinator

Major Roles:

• Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator
• The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementing the Area Program (AP) monitoring, evaluation and learning plan that contributes to the achievement of AP Program goals. The MEL coordinator will also ensure all monitoring and evaluation are in alignment with relevant strategies (e.g. national, sectoral, disaster preparedness plan, etc.), policies (e.g. ministry policies, child sponsorship, DME management policy, etc.) and standards (e.g. IPM, LEAP, sponsorship standard, sponsorship programming guidelines, financial, etc ).

Location: Surabaya, Melawi and Waingapu

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree majoring social development, statistics or any other relevant field
• Min. 2 years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning work, experience in conducting survey, analyze and survey report is an advantage.
• Proven track record in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing
• Good basic statistic knowledge
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office
