Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following position to be based in Bintaro - South Tangerang: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:
The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Specialist position is to ensure the availability of competent staff on time in the context of Development and Emergency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related subject
• Min. 2 years experience in HR recruitment.
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and practices, as well as best practices in areas of recruitment selection
• Job Analysis and Job Evaluation skill (preference Hay Standard)
• Min. TOEFL score is 450.
• Excellence skill on Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint) and ATS (Application Tracking System)
