Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following positions: Community Development Coordinator

Purpose of Position:
  • The purpose of the CDC position is to ensure the development of local partners and strengthening of community-led initiatives to improve the well-being of children and their families. They are also responsible to ensure the quality of ministry in their project area by managing and coordinating field facilitators or by developing and strengthening cooperation and capacity of partners (churches, partner agencies, government, etc.).
Location: Pinrang, South Sulawesi

Qualifications:
  • Preferably bachelor degree majoring social development or any other relevant field
  • Good understanding of key aspects of development work
  • Min. 2 years’ experience as Project Coordinator, experience in community development program is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Strong conceptual understanding in basic design, monitoring and evaluation
  • Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Good English skills with min.TOEFL score 450
