Qualifications
Essential
- Undergraduate Degree in laboratory sciences, international development, public health, or health related field
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of the current clinical HIV/TB laboratory landscape in Indonesia, with respect to laboratory national policy, strategy, programs, activities, HIV/TB laboratory program funding and projects, challenges and deficiencies, key implementers and stakeholders.
- Good relationships/network with key HIV/TB laboratory stakeholders across Indonesia
- Experience designing new projects for funding and knowledge of global health development donors, including USAID, CDC, The Global Fund, and other multilateral donors and foundations
- Excellent technical writing skills, experience with gap analyses
- Advanced degree in laboratory sciences, international development, public health, or health related field
- Existing contact with relevant stakeholders, current NGOs, Govt. agencies that are implementing laboratory strengthening programs.
- HIV/TB-related testing experience and training experience
- LIMS experience
- Ability to assist with HIV/TB-related lab design technical input
- Presentation on critical findings within one week of completion of scoping activities
- Detailed report submitted within two weeks of completion of scoping activities to include findings as listed above
