Title: Project Support for Inclusive Gastronomy Capacity Building

Background
In January 2016, Hivos together with IIED launched a 5-year strategic partnership with the Dutch Government to transform the food system and promote sustainable diets under the Sustainable Diets for All (SD4All) program. The program supports civil society organizations to increase their capacity to influence policy and practices of market and government actors through citizen research, action and related advocacy to promote sustainable diets for all.
Meanwhile, from August 2019 to March 2020, Hivos is currently implementing the Inclusive Gastronomy (Idea Accelerator) project in Bandung. One of the outputs of the project is the production of a board game aimed to educate the community (especially children) on healthy and balanced diets. Since SD4All’s partners Tanoker and NTFP-EP have educational activities in the local level, the board game will be a potential tool for them to better implement these activities. Hence, a capacity building activity will be organized for these two partners.
Objectives
The capacity building is aimed as a training of trainers (TOT) for the staff of both Tanoker and NTFP-EP to use the board game for their respective activities.

Roles and responsibilities
- Day to day management of the project, including recruitment of the game facilitator, as well as monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the game facilitator. This also includes drafting, compiling and collecting financial and technical reports of the project implementation in accordance with Hivos standards.
- Document the capacity building and learning process and results, including producing a blog post for Hivos SEA website.
- Coordinate and oversee the activities with the game facilitator and SD4All partners
- Coordinate with the relevant Hivos staff including Advocacy Officer for SD4All and Project Officer of Strategic Partnership.
- All administrative issues pertaining to the position including managing the project details in the Hivos Management Information System.
We are seeking an Indonesian person with the following qualities:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience on project management in NGOs/CSOs/CBOs/donor organization.
- Has a strong experience managing project administrative and financial reporting
- Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrate successful tracking record working in and within multidisciplinary team.
- Has a strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skill with internal and external stakeholder.
- Previous working experience in an international environment/organization is an advantage.
- Having respect for a humanitarian or humanist principle and willing to work in a non-discriminating, neutral, impartial and gender equal environment.
- Experience in projects located in food-related projects is an advantage.
The project will take place from February to March 2020.
