TIFA Foundation Job Vacancy: Program Administrator For Good Governance Program, Jakarta

To expand our work, we are currently seeking: PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR – for Good Governance Program (Position Code: PA-GG)

Qualifications:
  1. Educational requirement: Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance Management or a combination of education and work experience
  2. A Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management of NGO and/or directly related areas
  3. Ability to exercise independent judgment and work with minimum supervision
  4. Proficient in use of Accounting Software and Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook (or similar software);
  5. Good knowledge of Accounting practice, policies and procedures
  6. Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
  7. Strong team player and Integrity
  8. Strong problem solving, analytical, operational, and coordinating abilities,
  9. Ability to work well with people from varied backgrounds and cultures at all levels in organization.
  10. Familiarity with donor rules and regulations.
  11. Fluent English language skills and or Japanese Language is preferred.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for entering financial information of projects and maintain accounting processes including but not limited to: A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliation in accordance to GAAP.
  2. Review of payments and supporting document.
  3. Oversee the financial operations of the project and ensure timely and accurate financial reports and practices including cash management, financial disbursements, ledgers etc.
  4. Monitoring reports with accuracy and detail and submitting the timely monthly, quarterly and year end close reports in duly manner as per the deadlines and rules of the Donors.
  5. Coordinate with the internal and external auditors during audits and prepare financial audit preparation.
  6. Manage financial control, prepare and analyze budgets for the projects, develop financial reports for the projects, and make recommendations to the finance manager and program officer on budget expenditures.
  7. Coordinate with Program Officer to ensure the ongoing of project.
  8. Undertake any other duties that may be requested by the Finance Manager.
This position is fixed-term for 12 (twelve) months, with the possibility for extension.

The extension will be subject to the job performance.
