Background:
‘Aisyiyah is a Muslim women's organization founded in 1917 in Indonesia. ‘Aisyiyah is one of the largest non-profit religious women's organizations in Indonesia.  This organization focuses on Islamic movement, da’wah, and tajdid in all areas of life including the field of health and education. In New Implementing Period (2018-2020), ‘Aisyiyah has been chosen as Principal Recipient (PR) of Global Fund to carry out a “Community TBC-HIV Care Program” to represent the Indonesian Civil Society. ‘Aisyiyah is responsible to coordinate community level activities of Sub-Recipients (SRs) as the representative of Civil Society Organizations (CSO’s) that currently covers 14 provinces and 130 districts/cities in Indonesia.  To meet the current need of case management expansion in PMDT hospitals within the PR TB Aisyiyah program, there will be a need to hire case management coordinator.

Position Description:
Case management coordinator will be responsible for all the tasks and responsibilities for the planning and implementation of case management activities at PR TB Aisyiyah. The main responsibilities of Case Management Coordinator is to coordinate the activities of case managers in PMDT hospitals across 14 provinces that work under the PR TB Aisyiyah program.

Case Management Coordinator will work under direct supervision of Senior Project Coordinator and will work closely with Medical Specialist and with other units including the M&E and Field Operations team.

Qualifications:
  1. Have a degree in public health, nursing, social work/social welfare, or other relevant field. Higher degree (Master) or with other professional accreditation is preferable;
  2. Have at least 2 years of experience as a case manager or medical social worker in healthcare settings (hospitals or primary clinics) to coordinate case management using patient-centered approach;
  3. Have at least 3 years of experience as a coordinator in health program funded by local or international agencies;
  4. Have demonstrated experience in administration and management of the program as well as in financial management;
  5. Master in operating Ms. Excel for program and financial analysis and reporting;
  6. The ability to use statistics software (eg. SPSS) is advantageous;
  7. Excellent writing and editing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
  8. Excellent inter-personal, inter-cultural and teamwork skills, hard worker and respect deadline;
  9. Have the ability to work independently and with the team;
  10. Have experience working in social or civil society organizations including Muhammadiyah or Aisyiyah (preferable).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate, plan, and implement all works and tasks related to case management program. 
  2. Coordinate all case managers working in PMDT hospitals within the PR Aisyiyah program locations across the provinces and districts/cities. 
  3. Provide guidance and support to all case managers on regular basis and as needed;
  4. Work closely with Medical Specialist to implement and monitor the program implementation. 
  5. Develop and implement program monitoring and evaluation and tools for case management.
  6. Ensure the absorption of the case management and other TB MDR program
  7. Coordinate with all unit team related to the implementation of case management activities including with Field Operations Coordinator, M&E Coordinator, and MEL Specialist.
  8. Provide program reports on regular basis (quarterly, 6-monthly, and annually) and ensure the data quality and reporting for case management and TB MDR unit.
  9. Working closely with MEL specialist to document all lessons learned and best practices from the case management program.
  10. Field visit will be required to implement and monitor program and to provide timely monitoring and evaluation reports.
  11. Collaboratively work with other relevant stakeholders (including with the MoH and relevant CSO) to improve guidelines and standards for case managers and patients supporters/peer educators;
  12. Responsible for updating and reporting case management activities to the Senior Project Coordinator and the Program Manager.
  13. Carry out other tasks given in accordance with the needs of the program.
This position is located in Jakarta with the initial contract of 6 months with possible extension for another 6 months or until the end of the program based on performance evaluation. Competitive salary and other benefits will be offered to the selected candidate.
