The Role

We are looking for legal counsellor who can understand the pressure points, strategy and objectives of the business and effectively communicate the risks and legal issues involved in any decision to management. This enables management to make informed strategic choices within an acceptable legal risk profile.

Qualification

1. At least Bachelor’s Degree in law
2. Strong knowledge of law and regulation
3. Have experience in Law firm
4. Good ability in legal drafting and review processes
5. Have a good understanding of legal document related to the company's or NGO’s business activities
6. Excellent communication in English (written and verbal)
7. Familiar in working with Ms. Office
8. Able to work individual or with team
9. Have a keen and logical observation
