Job Brief

Task, Authority & Responsibility
Finance Specific Task:
- Receives all payment requests from staffs and third parties in Jakarta Main Office
- Reviews and ensure all payment requests are supported with adequate supporting documents and following the Swisscontact SOP
- In coordination with the Project Accountant to prepare payment through petty cash and bank transfer according to the Finance Manual
- In coordination with the Project Accountant to entry payment transactions into SextAnt Field template according to the proper chart of account, after the payment is done
- In coordination with the Project Accountant to manage the filing of financial documents in Jakarta Main Office
- Conducts a petty cash count with the Project Accountant on a monthly basis for reporting and based on request for the surprise cash count
- Provide administration task to S4C Jakarta Staff such as: prepare the meeting event, manage staff travel, typing letter, project documentation, etc.
- Other tasks arise during the course in needed requested by S4C Jakarta Staff
- Support project implementation according to specific instructions
- Maintain database of S4C contact information
- University degree in Accountancy or Economic
- Minimum of three years experiences in the relevant field is preferred
- Understanding of opportunities and constraints for sustainable development.
- Strong sense of responsibility and control
- Good interpersonal skills and commitment working in a team
- Skills in computer, software systems (windows, spreadsheet, word processing, e-mail, internet.)
- Presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Good English skills written and verbal.
- Previous working with one of NGOs is preferred
- Experience of planning and managing small budget / cash flow is preferred
- Experience of risk mapping and Capacity Assessment on a local level is preferred
