Bumi Tangguh Foundation (YBT) is a non-profit institution founded in Manado on June 3, 2017. YBT has now entered Phase II Rehabilitation and Reconstruction and is seeking  for candidate(s)  Local Hire to fill the vacancy as follow:


Title: Livelihood Field Monitor
Duration: 9 ( Nine ) Months
Location: Central Sulawesi

Objectives:
  • Monitor assigned projects against agreed YBT project plan.
  • Provide daily verbal updates to Livelihood Coordinator and team.
  • Submit weekly planning and project status forms.
  • Provide weekly monitoring updates to Livelihood Coordinator
Duties: The duties as related to the relief project and the duties include the following but are Not  limited to them.
  • Assess beneficiaries proposed projects
  • Monitor zoning and surveying of land for livelihood project assignments
  • Ensure beneficiaries and project data validation
  • Ensure successful execution of relief project implementation.
  • Monitor all aspects of assigned project implementation.
  • Monitor project inputs distributions for assigned projects.
  • Monitor material quality and security.
  • Coordinate all monitoring activities and logistic needs, including transportation, with YBT team.
  • Coordinate all monitoring activities with partners.
  • Communicate key project issues that need to be brought to the attention of the Project Manager and team.
  • Assist beneficiaries and partners in all aspects of the project and help to strengthen their ability to do good work and to lower costs
Reporting:
  • Provide daily verbal updates to Livelihood Coordinator
  • Provide weekly updates to Livelihood Coordinator copied to team when needed.
  • Submit weekly planning and project status forms.
REQUIREMENTS:

Skills:
  • Related Training or degree in Agriculture, or small business, Fishery or Farming.
  • Experience in dealing with community
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in English
  • Ability to work with all staff with respect, maturity and impartiality.
  • Ability to drive motorcycle
  • Ability to speak English fluently
  • Experience in livelihood projects supervision
