Job Title: Senior Partnership and Governance Program Officer
Reports to: Partnership and Governance Program Manager
Background
Stop TB Partnership Indonesia (STPI) STPI is a platform of cross-sectoral partnership consisting of 75 national, multinational and development partners ranging from CSOs, individual experts, academics, corporates, and government aiming to strengthen and foster collaborations towards TB elimination in Indonesia. STPI envisioned to coordinate and orchestrate collaborative and collective actions from different sectors to fight against TB.
STPI is looking for a senior program officer level staff to manage project at district level. This position is under the supervision of Partnership and Governance Program Manager.
STPI is recruiting Senior Partnership and Governance Officer, this person will responsible for the District of Lombok Barat (NTB) and Madura (East Java) project areas.. She/ He will support the effective and efficient implementation of the organization activities, focused on maintaining the relationship between organization and its stakeholder towards TB elimination in 2030.
SPECIFIC TASK
Program Implementation
- Responsible for the program implementation and administration at district level, under PM direction.
- Assist the PM in develop and manage partnership and program governance towards program goals at district level
- Direct the implementation of current assigned workplan
- Assist PM in monitoring related program activities progress against agreed targets, milestones and outputs
- Support stakeholder relation management and governance at district level
- Develop and submit project progress monthly report
- Supervise District Officer for project implementation
- Coordinate with FA manager for the development of relevant financial program documentation and report
- Monitor district expenditure against approved activity budgets, report on a monthly basis the status of activity expenditure and forecast
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in program implementation, with 2 years experiences focus in health programming
- S1 with 5 years working experience, or diploma with 10 years working experience
- Sounds experience in developing partnership with government institution, private sector, CSO/NGO/INGO
- Ability to work independently and with the team, with good leadership skill and coordination
- Skill in report writing
