This position will be based in Jakarta and report to Finance Coordinator.
The job holder will be providing administrative support for the organization of WWF in the Finance & Administration Directorate specifically related to fund management activities, to ensure all administrative work and / or requirements are met in a timely manner. The support provided is in the form of management and reporting of petty cash and refund funds, conducting banking administration in connection with book-entry, depositing and disbursement of deposits, closing / opening of all WWF accounts.
