QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree from International Development, Political Science/International Relations, - Economics, Sociology, or other related field.
- Demonstrate strong experience in project management and proposal writing Min 5 years, deep understanding in humanitarian field especially program implementation in - emergency response, project management cycle and reporting
- Knowledge reporting tracking system for all donor funds which clearly identifies dates and - content requirements for the donors
- Min. TOEFL 500
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
