Overall Purpose/Broad Function:
The main purpose of this consultancy is to provide support in development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans and liaise with the Save the Children (STC) team for BISA project. The MEAL Officer will be responsible for development, compilation and analysis of program monitoring data, review and analysis of evaluation data, prepare presentations on field findings and compile reports for facilitating appropriate and corrective actions for internal program quality improvement and external accountability.
