Mercy Corps Indonesia (MCI) is looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven M&E to work with the MicroMentor team to support the community of users and partners in Indonesia. The M&E coordinator will be responsible for design and execute the M&E strategy for MicroMentor in Indonesia, and analyze and report the program outcomes to relevant stakeholders including beneficiaries, partners, and donors.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of major quantitative & qualitative monitoring methodologies and proven ability to design monitoring instrumentation tools;
- Extensive knowledge in program evaluation designs;
- Broad experience in the design and implementation of capacity building activities in M&E;
- Advanced skills in data analysis presentation and report writing;
- Facility with web and information technologies, including social media tools and web-based tools such as Salesforce.com, Vertical Response, and Microsoft Office suite;
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds;
- English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
This position will be hired as temporary staff for 10 months.
