Based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities and Scope

The GA Assistant will be a member of the TFT Team, related to general affairs aspects.
  • Receive and answer phone calls and record incoming messages.
  • Receive guests
  • Record appointment
  • Arrange office and meeting room needs
  • Arrange staff travel (booking airplane, train and hotel)
  • Responsible for carrying out the ticketing process
  • Responsible for administration of ticketing data
  • Handle incoming complaints
  • Manage office boy schedule
  • Coordinate with related department (HR&GA, FA, IT)
Requirements – Candidate Profile Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum  2 years relevant occupational working experience
  • Ability to understand General Affairs role and responsibilities
  • Having knowledge of MS Office program
  •  Ability to understand English (verbal and written)
Personal characteristics:
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Good communication skill
  • Good personality
