The Program
Australia
Awards in Indonesia (AAI) is managed by Coffey, a Tetra Tech company,
on behalf of the Australian Government. Australia Awards is an integral
part of Australia's
development cooperation program with Indonesia and has enjoyed strong
support from both governments for more than sixty years. Australia
Awards in Indonesia addresses two key challenges: to fill a gap in the
pool of individuals with the higher-level capacity
to contribute to Indonesia's development; and to address the need for a
strong relationship based on mutual understanding between Australia and
Indonesia.
In
2016, Australia Awards in Indonesia (AAI) launched the new Alumni Grant
Scheme (AGS). The purpose of the new AGS is to support the application
and sharing of knowledge
and experience gained by Indonesian alumni during their studies in
Australia. The grant scheme is intended to facilitate the strengthening
of linkages between Indonesians and Australians.
The Position
AAI
is seeking Alumni Finance and Administration Assistant from qualified
applicant to assist Alumni and Communications unit on tracking
expenditure and finance record.
The duties will include; Provide risks
analysis feedback on unit finance system, ensure the financial
procedures and processes comply with AAI business process in a timely
manner (fund request, acquittals report, etc.) and review
expense reports and acquittal of fund requests.
