SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia is a part of SOS-Kinderdorf International
which is a non-governmental, non-political, non-denominational and
non-profit social development organization, working exclusively in the
public interest.
Its objectives are:
- To provide specialist care and support for orphaned and abandoned children through the SOS Children’s Villages.
- To support children, young persons and families in need through the establishment of social centers, schools and vocational training centers.
- To advocate and promote the rights of children throughout the world.
- To work with international organizations, and promote world-wide understanding and exchange of knowledge on child care issues.
- To serve as a model of long-term family based care.

- Consultation resource related to family development including, caregivers, youth and children for programme intervention implementer.

REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background:
- Degree in child welfare, pedagogy, Psychology, Social sciences or work.
- Degree in Child and Family Development is preferred.
Experience Background:
- 5 years of experience at the work of Child and Family Development
- Knowledge of UNCRC
- Knowledge of Child protection and child & youth participation
- Creativity and innovativeness
- Communication skills (written and verbal) ) in English and local language
- Family building and empowerment skills

Main Responsibilities :
- Leadership, guidance, and direction to the hospitality team as it strives to provide the quality services.
- Targeted annual revenue achievement and Identify new revenue opportunities.
- Organizing meeting, training, capacity building and event as requested and expected by customers
- National Training Centre Budget proposal
- Customer relation development & management
- Consistent customer satisfaction management.
- Customers need compliance
- Monitors the performance of the National Training Centre through verification and analysis of customer satisfaction systems and financial reports.
- Establishes and maintains applicable maintenance programs to protect the National Training Centre assets.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Having experience in food processing industry is an advantage)
