Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik partner of
Save the Children in Indonesia is changing for the better. We've begun
to build a national organisation that aims to be a strong,
local, and self-sustaining voice for children in Indonesia namely
Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik Tunas Cilik. To this end, Yayasan has been
designated as a “Prospect Member of Save the Children” which focuses on
strengthening and localizing our voice for children
in strategic middle income countries.
Currently Save the Children’s programs in Indonesia is implemented by Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik. We work in eleven provinces, have staff of approximately 400 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response. Consultant for
Baseline Assessment for IT for Learning / DIGITAL Project
Objectives
- To identify the initial data/condition (quantitative and qualitative) related Knowledge, Attitude and Practices of students, teachers and parents in targeted project locations; in order to achieve 4 key objectives of project in the targeted schools.
- To identify targets for outcomes and output indicators in the logframe using the data gathered on Knowledge, Practices and Attitude
- To conduct initial assessment on IT for Learning and Digital Literacy policies, practices and toolkits; to the Ministry of Education and Culture (MOEC), Provincial Education Office (Dinas Pendidikan DKI and/or SUDIN Pendidikan Wilayah II North Jakarta), the Centre for Information & Communication Technology for Education (PUSTEKKOM).
- To conduct initial assessment on Digital Literacy and Online Child Protection issues and policies to the Ministry of Communication and Information (KEMENKOMINFO); through the Task Force of National Movement of Digital Literacy or named as “Siberkreasi”.
