- Minimal S1 / Information Technology
- Minimum 8 years in web programming information
- Database: PostgreSQL & PostGIS, MySQL Server, MS SQL, etc.
- Programming Languages : PHP, HTML / CSS, JS (Jquery, AngularJS..), Bootstrap, XML, etc.
- Preferably experienced within the GIS industry, in the water resources and/or irrigation sub-sector
- Optional experience with Android app. would be also considered
Outputs:
- Develop and integrate a web-based information system (PHP / PostgreSQL & PostGIS, HTML / CSS, javascript, jquery, CSS, etc.) with the main data warehouse
- Understand the business processes of the existing systems through identification of problems, analysis, design, and improvement of existing irrigation system
- Migrate, integrate and synchronize multiple source databases
- Monitor, synchronize and coordinate teamwork on all activities undertaken;
- Assist technical supervision to all experts
- Assist team in performing methodology, strategy and integrated system development roadmap ;
- Create technical report on information system development including general design, database design, program specification, and others;
- Troubleshooting & Fixing bugs
- Ensure data security and integrity
- Assist trials, implementation of workshops and socialization and socialization systems developed when needed.

Senior Expert Database Admin and Web Developer for data warehouse (data GIS - Irrigation data/sector)
Qualification:
Minimal S1 / Information Technology- With an experience of at least 10 (A ten) years in database and web development
- Experience working in software mapping like
- Preferred Web programming experience such as PHP / PostgreSQL + PostGIS , and MYSQL, HTML/CSS, JS;
- Preferably experienced within the GIS industry, in the water resources and/or irrigation sub-sector
Outputs:
- Assist the management to supervise the IT team (4 persons);
- Develop databases and informations systems
- Integrate and synchronize multiple source of databases into a warehouse structure
- Support the team for web based development
- Write code in one or more programming or scripting languages such as PHP / PostgresSQL / MySQL ;
- Determine user needs and monitor user security and access
- Maintain data security and integrity
- Update existing systems and server database
- Monitor database system efficiency
- Ensure back-up implementation.
- Assist the implementation of workshops and socialization and socialization systems developed when necessary.

Senior Expert Android /Application Server & Web Developer with data GIS - Irrigation data/sector)
Qualification:
- Minimum S1 majoring / Informatics technology ;
- With an experience of at least eight (8) years in developing android application (Technology native android Java / C #, SQLite, realms…) and web based (PHP /PostgreSQL, MySQL,Jquery, HTML / CS S,XML ...)
- Preferably experienced with the GIS industry, especially in the field of irrigation.
Outputs:
- Create an Android app.
- Write code in one or more programming languages or scripts like Java, C #, PHP ...
- Develop export facilities, import, synchronize data to and from the central server
- Applications created should be able to integrate tabular and GIS data (maps), and store both online and offline
- Support development web-based team
- Mainntain data security and integrity ;
- Assisting trials, execution of workshops and socialization and socialization of developedsystems when needed
Period and terms:
- 6 Months: July to December 2018
