Plan International Indonesia is presently implementing its Country Strategy 4 (CS 4) covering fiscal year 2017 to 2022, where the country objective has been defined as “to identify and facilitate the removal of obstacles that prevent children from enjoying their rights and participating fully in Indonesian society”. This goal will be achieved by providing technical support and implementing quality programs and projects through partnership. An effective and efficient communications strategy is a must for Plan Indonesia to share the outcomes of these projects to influence different actors, specially state authorities and to position Plan’s profile within and outside at different levels – starting from community, sub district, district to national, regional and international levels.

Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator for Water for Women Project
Key Ends Results Area (KERA)
Water for Women Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will be responsible to monitor the implementation of the project, develop monitoring system, provide monitoring tools and assist the Project Manager conducting project evaluation, Develop M&E method for the targets set in Water for Women project design, Ensure that all indicators in the proposal are “translated” to easy language and the field staffs are able to understand and to achieve it. Responsible for monitoring and tracking project target achievement and providing project data and information in monthly basis or as required by Water for Women Project Manager, Support advocacy effort within Water for Women project through evidences based on project monitoring and evaluation activity, Provide standard reporting to all field staff in order to maximize it for the use of project report, Monitor and analyze project processes, specifically aimed at increasing effectiveness and recommending appropriate action to Water for Women Project Manager. Lead the research, project baseline, mid-term and end line and also monitoring survey for Water for Women project and give full support to research and study conducted within Water for Women ProjectEnsuring the transformative change and lesson learned in the field is captured in the monitoring system that can be used to increases learning process.
Requirements:  Education: Health, Statistic or Social sciences are preferableProvide managerial and implementation aspect of project monitoring and evaluation Lead the survey, research and study related to project monitoring and evaluation Knowledge, Skills and demonstrated Behaviour: Core and Functional Competencies required for this job with level (i.e. proficient, knowledgeable or aware)  Minimum 5 years experienced in WASH sector in which 3 years specific in monitoring and evaluation of WASH project activities. Strong skills in baseline data collection, monitoring and evaluationStrong skills in advocacy, teamwork, community development and developing learning in area of expertise. University degree in public health and/or social sciences are preferable Computer literate. Good English Skills in verbal, writing & reporting
