network of WWF. WWF-ID is currently seeking for the best candidate for
the position of Community Organizer - Lampung.
This position will be based in Southern Sumatera and report to Social Development and Sustainable Agriculture Coordinator.
The job holder to assist in community engagement and implementation
of strategic livelihood projects in ten selected villages adjacent to the IPZ
of BBS, as well as in the capacity development of resort-based staff of the
national park. Facilitate community work related to community development plan
and participatory develop land use plan in level village. Facilitate the Village Government in
planning and implementing Medium Range
Village Development Plan (RPJM Desa), including a collaborative program for
community development with BBSNP Zonation. Facilitate RBM (resort base
management) to increase BBSNP management effectiveness.
Requirements for This Position are:
- At least hold Bachelor Degree (S1) with Agriculture, Forestry, Sociology, Anthropology or related fields
- At least 5 years experience in projects with strong conservation background and in interdisciplinary teams
