The Development CAFE Job Vacancy: Admin Officer, Jakarta

The Development CAFÉ is an international independent Research and Development NGO with offices in Kenya, Zambia, India, Indonesia and a liaison office in Canada.

DevCAFE serves as a platform for connecting grassroots and policy and as a network of development professionals. It operates under three key pillars R4D, Innovation and Capacity Development.

We are currently looking for admin officer in Jakarta office

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties such as handle financial records, expenses, scheduling
  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, financial records, and other records and databases
  • Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
  • Assisting other departments with administrative or clerical support
Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor’s degree in administration, business, or any related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa)
  • Be able to work in diverse and flexible environments
  • Prior experience as office assistant, office administrator, or handling administrative responsibilities in a related field
  • Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
