Counterpart International is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to provide support for the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NFO) - USAID/Harmoni: Towards Inclusion and Resilience Activity in Indonesia. Harmoni will seek to increase the resilience of key Indonesian institutions and segments of society against the rise of violent extremism in Indonesia. The activity will focus on community resilience, rehabilitation of extremists, and migrant worker resilience.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for oversight of the activity’s financial matters, including preparation of all financial documents required for a successful implementation of the activity, including financial plans, cost calculations, and financial review documents.
- Bachelor degree in finance, business administration, or related field is required; Master degree preferred;
- Substantial related experience working in project financial management for NGOs, with strong knowledge of international donor requirements;
- Familiarity with sub grants management and project finance management, including financial controls, accounting, auditing, as well as reporting on accruals, pipelines and expenses, etc.; and
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
